Group Trek Travel Booking Policy

Group Trek Travel understands how schedules can change in an instant, and we are happy to assist you with adjusting your travel plans. Please note, a $100 fee per room will be applied if you should cancel a requested trip for which research time has been initiated, or for which a payment has been made. A $50 fee per room will be applied to change an existing booking.  In some cases, Group Trek Travel agents will find it necessary to charge a $100 nonrefundable research fee when a time-intensive trip is requested.
